Project Update - St Aidan's College, Durham (February 2009)

In February we handed over the newly refurbished Elizabeth Pease House back to St Aidan's College (Durham University). The £1.3m refurbishment and extension scheme commence in September 2008 and consisted of major structural alterations and a full gut and refit of the 60 bedroom student accommodation. The challenging project within a live site has been completed to the unprecedented standard and satisfaction of both the college and University.

Project Update - Chilton & Windlestone Working Mens Club (February 2009)

In February we handed over phase 1 of the revamp works at the Chilton & Windlestone Working Mens Club. Subject to funding we hope to commence works on phase 2 in April.

Project Update - St Jospeh's RC Primary School, Ushaw Moor (February 2009)

In February we completed works at St Joseph's RC Primary School in Ushaw Moor. The 230K project consisted of an extension, forming a new car park, resurfacing the play areas and roads, forming and play area for the early years, alterations to several parts of the school and forming an new entrance/reception.

Company News (January 2009)

Project Update - Westland's Dental Surgery, Lanchester (January 2009)

The recently refurbished and extended Westland's Dental Surgery fully open again at the beginning of the year. The practice remained operational during the works. By splitting the scheme into two phases, we initially carried out major alterations and conversion works downstairs whilst the dental practice operated from their original base upstairs. Once downstairs works were complete we swapped over and works commenced on refurbishing the first floor.
